(Mining)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Safety Systems.
- With hands on project management experience of at least 7-10 years in a similar environment (mining site).

- Commercial and local legal knowledge
- Project Management
- Mine operation
- Community development & government relations
- Understanding & interpretation of local financial standard/ statement
Business Development Manager
(Mining and Oil & Gas)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineer or other engineering discipline.
- Having experience minimum 5 years in heavy industrial projects, preferably in Mining & Minerals Infrastructure.
- Experienced working on major projects with world class International Corporation.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and meet business growth and development targets.
- Ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.
- Extensive experience in Report preparation and Presentations.
- May require local and overseas travel from time to time.
Training Coordinator
(Mining Operations)
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or other Engineering discipline
- Experienced in Mining industry
- Has proficient knowledge about the mining process, from feasibility studies to mining services (pit to port)
- Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project.
- Able to create own module / syllabus for sustainable program (Company property right)
- Computer literate
- Good command in English both verbal & written
- Willing to travel around our project sites.
Mechanical Design Engineer Mining
(Role in Indonesia & Australia)
Requirement:
- At least 7 year(s) Experience in Materials Handling Design Projects.
- Internationally recognized Degree.
- Experiences in Coal are essential, iron ore and cement are desirable, and Nickel, cooper, gold are optional.
- Required an Infrastructure Design experience in material handling such as:
- Conveyor and Feeder detail design
- Crushing Systems
- Wash Plant design
- Stockpile Storage designs
- Stockpile Stacking and reclaimer design
- Ship Loading/ Barge Loading designs
- Chute design
- Dust collection design
- Pneumatic conveying
- Dust Suppression
Electrical Design Engineer
(Jakarta Role)
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineer.
- At least 7-10 years of experiences in design, site and Commissioning.
- Familiar with ETABS, Power Pac and Microsoft packages.
- Excellent English oral and written.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Jakarta.
Maintenance Superintendent
(FIFO Kalimantan)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Relevant Mechanical Trade Qualifications Associated with Mobile Equipment
- Required skill(s): mechanical, Maintenance
- At Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Senior Maintenance Supervisory or Management role.
- Mining Industry experience in a Supervisory role
- Familiarity with Maintenance Software packages
- Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- A successful track record in the development of apprentices and subordinates
- Dealership experience would be highly considered
Design Manager
(Kalimantan Role)
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Civil design skills, good interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in engineering consultant and construction project.
- Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably specializing in Engineering or equivalent.

Construction Training Supervisor
(Kalimantan Role)
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U or Diploma in Construction, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Candidate should hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Required skill(s): Planning, organizing, scheduling, and conducting technical training ; good knowledge of effective presentation skills, organizational & time management techniques ; good knowledge of office & audio/visual equipment ; good knowledge of MS office application and other applicable programs.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in civil & construction project ; experience in planning and delivering training groups.

Requirement:

Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting with added value of accounting certification.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the related fields.
